Reservations & Payments

Full payment may be required before delivery, installation, or event commencement.

Rental Equipment

All rental equipment remains the sole property of Displayz Rentals.

Customers agree to:

  • Return equipment in the condition received, excluding normal wear and tear

  • Notify us immediately of any damage, malfunction, or theft

Customers may be responsible for repair or replacement costs resulting from negligence, misuse, loss, theft, or unauthorized modifications.

Delivery, Setup & Installation

Displayz Rentals may provide delivery, installation, operation, and removal services.

Customers must:

  • Ensure safe and adequate access to the installation location

  • Obtain any necessary permits or approvals

  • Provide accurate site information

We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, venue restrictions, third-party vendors, utility interruptions, or circumstances beyond our control.

Event Delays & Force Majeure
